Amenherkhepshef is a son of Ramesses III who died at the age of nine.

The paintings of the tomb always show the child accompanied by his father as he introduces him to the deities or lead him to the netherworld.

In the burial room a showcase displays a fetus that probably belongs to Amenherkhepshef's mother.

The mother probably aborted her pregnancy in other child after learning about the death of Amenherkhepshef.
