here you go:
Ingredients:
* 2 cups wheat
* 4 tablespoons sugar
* Cinnamon, coconut
Cooking Instructions:
* Wash wheat and put in deep pan, pour water till it covers 3/4 of the pan.
* Cook on minimum for 6 hours until it becomes tender.
* Sweeten with sugar and serve.
* Optionally add milk, sprinkle some cinnamon and coconut on top.
