Explanation:
The proverb describes how those in need dream of things they don't have in hand, and when they dream, they dream big, like someone who lacks money to eat but dreams to be ambassador etc .

Example 1:
- I wish I buy a Mercedes.
- A hungry man dreams of the bread market!
[Come on you don't have money to buy a bicycle]

Example 2:
A fat man : I want to climb the peak of the Himalaya Mountains.
Friend :

A hungry man dreams of the bread market!
[You know you can't do it OR you dream too much]
