44 Egyptians were recently arrested for attempting to illegally immigrate to
Greece. The infiltrators have paid a fraudster to transport them
to the Greek shore.
After one week of sailing in the sea, the boat’s
captain returned them back near to the shore of Alexandria, the
Mediterranean city of Egypt, and asked the hopeful immigrants to “swim
to Greek beach.”

Each of the victims had paid about 15'000 thousands (2'400 dollars)
to fulfill their dreams in immigrating to the European continent
without acquiring a visa.
Incited by bad economic conditions in Egypt , citizens have been
immigrating to the developed nations over the past few decades.
Following 11 September 2001 attacks on the USA , and stricter immigration
rules by Western states, immigration-seeking Egyptians opted for
illegal means.
